Behind Bars has led the on-premise launch of Schweppes new mixer Elixir and as part of this program created a bespoke stand for Bar Show.
Schweppes Elixir is a unique product which was created specifically to be mixed with spirits, and its signature drink is a twist on a famous Mexican libation known as the Batanga.
The challenge laid down at Bar Show was to find out which tequila would make the best Elixir Batanga. A tournament style stand was created where various tequilas would go head-to-head and then be voted on by the attending bartenders. A full stand over two days eventually declared that Cuervo Traditional and Elixir makes the perfect Batanga Cocktail!
